ReNu Car Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ReNu Car, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ReNu Car provides car plastic trim restoration services. We restore faded or damaged plastic trim on cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, fender arches, rocker panels, bumpers, and pickup bed rails.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to their vehicles for our technicians to perform the restoration work. Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely during the service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is determined on a per-vehicle basis and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

5. Warranty

ReNu Car offers a 6-month warranty on our services. If the restored trim fades again within this period, we will return to re-do the work at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidents or improper maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReNu Car is not liable for any consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

8. Changes to Terms

ReNu Car reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
